Fat Embolism Syndrome (FES) is a condition associated with fractures of long bones and pelvic fractures. In this case report, FES was diagnosed in a 37-year-old man with a lateral tibial plateau fracture who developed respiratory and neurological symptoms shortly after hospitalization.
