We attempted to explore the relationship between cuproptosis and periodontitis.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>Bulk RNA-seq and single-cell RNA sequencing data were used to analyze expression of cuproptosis-related genes (CRGs) in periodontitis. A mouse periodontitis model was established to verify the expression of key genes.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Cuproptosis-related genes were differentially expressed in periodontitis. A comprehensive analysis of the role of cuproptosis in periodontitis through integrated analysis of single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing.
