In 14 of these participants, weight loss was achieved through bariatric surgery intervention.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Our results revealed a significant association between plasma sRAGE levels and both insulin sensitivity and glycemic control parameters, even after adjustments for age, sex, and BMI.
