Summer savory (Satureja hortensis L.) is an herbaceous and medicinal plant that has received attention recently. The present study aimed to investigate the effects of foliar application of zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), and La at different growth stages, including vegetative, reproductive, and vegetative to harvest on morphological and physiological traits of S. hortensis under hydroponic and soil conditions in the greenhouse. The study was arranged in a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results of hydroponic condition showed that foliar application of Cu, Zn, and Mn were the most effective treatments to improve the measured morphological and physiological traits. Moreover, La was not more appropriate in increasing the quantitative and qualitative characteristics.
