Endoscopic assessment was lacking in 25.9%, but those with follow-up showed high histologic remission (92.3% first-line and 85% previous treatment failure).</p><p><strong>Discussion: </strong>Dupilumab demonstrates effectiveness across EoE severity, including milder disease without previous treatment failure.
