Each case involved unique presentations and management approaches. Initial conservative treatments, including skull traction and orthoses, were attempted, but surgical intervention became necessary due to inadequate response. Surgical fixation significantly improved functional status and alleviated symptoms in all patients, leading to long-term relief.
