BU can inhibit corneal neovascularization.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>This study demonstrated that BU inhibits CoNV, fibrosis, and inflammation by modulating the STAT3 signaling pathway, elucidating the intrinsic mechanism of its protective effect.
