Thus, exploring changes in lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in BC cells is crucial in identifying potential therapeutic targets. This article summarizes the progress made in the research on the main low-density cholesterol (LDL) transporter and IL-17 in lipid metabolism, and their potential involvement in the development of BC.
