Modification of 2-amino-5-bromomethyl-3-(ethoxycarbonyl)pyrazine 1-oxide using SNH and click reactions

The applicability of SNH and click reactions in the series of 2-amino-5-bromomethyl-3-(ethoxycarbonyl)pyrazine 1-oxide and its derivatives for the synthesis of distant analogs of folic acid and fluorophores was studied.
