Concurrent Osteonecrosis of the Jaw and Hip in a Child With Severe Aplastic Anemia Undergoing Transplant.

We present the first case of concomitant hip and jaw osteonecrosis in a 10-year-old child with aplastic anemia undergoing a transplant.
