Radiopharmaceuticals are of significant importance in the fields of tumor imaging and therapy. In recent decades, the increasing role of nanotechnology has led to the attractive concept of nanoradiopharmaceuticals. Consequently, it is imperative to provide a concise summary of the necessary guidelines to facilitate the translation of nanoradiopharmaceuticals.
