In this paper, we propose a propagation loss model with multi-user blocking and compare with the measurement result of the inter-WBAN interference power at dynamic multi-user environment using wearable directional \n<tex>$2\\times 2$</tex>\n elements patch array antenna for WBAN at 15 GHz.
