摘要

肺栓塞是一种危及生命的急症。以癫痫发作作为肺栓塞的临床表现极为罕见。在本病例报告中，一名 47 岁女性因子宫肌瘤接受了全腹子宫切除术和双侧输卵管切除术，术后癫痫发作。患者既往无癫痫发作史，也无心血管疾病史。根据升高的 D-二聚体和超声心动图，初步诊断为肺栓塞，CT 血管造影证实了这一诊断，并显示双侧鞍状肺栓塞。临床医生需要注意的是，肺栓塞可能是原因不明的新发癫痫活动的鉴别诊断之一。
