Children (n=120) with IM hospitalized in Beijing Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University Baoding Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group((n=60). Patients in the control group were treated with ganciclovir by intravenous infusion, and patients in the study group were given ganciclovir+recombinant human interferon-α1b.
