This case study employs a qualitative approach using observation and in-depth interviews to collect data. The research subjects are childern who frequently have tantrums and the teachers who handle them. The result of the study indicate that teachers implement various effective strategies to calm tantrums, including distraction techniques, consintent boundary setting, and providing emotional support. Teachers also use individualized approaches tailored to each child’s chatacteristics. Additionally, teachers actively engage childern in activities that can divert their attention from sources of frustration. 摘要 本研究旨在探讨 TQ Muhammad Al Fatih 幼儿园的教师在处理发脾气的儿童时所采用的策略。本案例研究采用定性方法,通过观察和深入访谈来收集数据。研究对象是经常发脾气的儿童和处理他们的教师。研究结果表明,教师采用了各种有效的策略来平息孩子的脾气,包括分散注意力的技巧、一致的边界设定和提供情感支持。教师还根据每个孩子的特点采用个性化的方法。此外,教师还积极让孩子参与活动,以转移他们对挫折源的注意力。这项研究表明,有必要对教师进行行为管理技巧方面的进一步培训,以有效处理发脾气问题,并创造一个更有利的学习环境。
