This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all students of class XII Accounting and Banking of SMKN 1 Sorong City which amounted to 123 students. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5℅, so a sample size of 95 students was obtained.  Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, then the data was processed using the SEM PLS program. 摘要

本研究旨在分析学习动机对学校文化在提高索龙市十二年级SMKN 1班学生读写能力方面的影响。本研究采用定量方法。研究对象为SMKN 1 Sorong市会计与银行学十二年级的所有学生,共计123人。样本量采用斯洛文公式计算,误差容许范围为 5℅,因此样本量为 95 名学生。 数据收集采用问卷调查的方式,然后使用 SEM PLS 程序对数据进行处理。结果表明:(1)学校文化对索隆市 SMKN 1 区十二年级学生的读写能力有积极而显著的影响;(2)学校文化对索隆市 SMKN 1 区十二年级学生的学习动机有积极而显著的影响;(3)学习动机对索隆市 SMKN 1 区十二年级学生的读写能力有积极而显著的影响;(4)班级动机对学校文化的影响有积极而显著的影响,对索隆市 SMKN 1 区十二年级学生的学习读写能力有积极而显著的影响。
