The methodology was based on the Three Pedagogical Moments, which prioritized teaching by investigation, interdisciplinarity and the degree of freedom of the students. The results showed that the approach promoted discussion, reflection and explanation of the criminal case, placing the student in a central position and favoring the participants' engagement in solving the case.
