A 35 y old female patient presented to us with history of blurring of vision in right eye over one week. Fundus examination revealed an oval translucent cyst of about 4 mm in diameter. 摘要
眼囊尾蚴病虽然罕见，但可发生在眼外或眼内。眼部表现通常是全身感染的一部分，可在3-5年内导致部分或全部视力受损。寄生虫通过高流量脉络膜循环经睫状体短动脉到达眼球后段。一名 35 岁的女性患者因右眼视力模糊一周前来就诊。眼底检查发现一个直径约 4 毫米的椭圆形半透明囊肿。患者接受了 USG B 扫描，发现玻璃体后部有圆形囊肿病变。
