This growth has been facilitated by the joint efforts of the government and vehicle manufacturers. As a central component of new energy vehicles, the market demand for power batteries is also expanding rapidly. In consideration of the warranty period of automobiles, the peak elimination of power batteries is imminent. In light of the current state of automotive power battery recycling reverse logistics and the associated challenges, this paper presents a series of proposed measures and recommendations with the aim of fostering the advancement of power battery recycling reverse logistics. In the context of the circular economy, these suggestions will assist the power battery recycling industry in achieving a more rational and efficient planning of investment decisions, facility configuration, network layout and human resource allocation.
