The current study tool was adapted to the Jordanian environment, and its validity and reliability were verified. The sample consisted of 323 psychological support providers in some educational and psychological institutions (males = 109, females = 214). Some descriptive statistics, the \"t\" test for independent samples, and the \"F\" test were used to answer the research questions.
