This paper aims to explore the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of aerobic exercise on common chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and chronic respiratory diseases. By introducing the basic concepts of aerobic exercise and combining them with the inflammatory mechanisms of chronic diseases, this paper analyzes how aerobic exercise exerts its anti-inflammatory effects through improving systemic inflammatory responses, regulating the immune system, and optimizing metabolic pathways.
