Silalahi","doi":"10.52403/ijrr.20240744","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance (X1) and employee engagement (X2) on employee performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) in type A branch offices and type B of PT ASABRI (Persero). This study uses quantitative methods with data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to 162 employees, with 116 respondents using simple random sampling. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2. The results of the analysis show that the work-life balance does not significantly affect employee performance, both directly and through job satisfaction. Conversely, employee engagement positively and significantly influences employee performance, both directly and indirectly, through job satisfaction. In addition, work-life balance and employee engagement have proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 摘要
本研究旨在分析 PT ASABRI (Persero) A 类分公司和 B 类分公司中工作与生活平衡(X1)和员工参与(X2)通过工作满意度(Z)对员工绩效(Y)的影响。本研究采用定量方法,通过简单随机抽样向 162 名员工(其中 116 名受访者)发放问卷获取数据来源。本研究使用 SmartPLS 4.1.0.2 版的偏最小二乘法结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)技术进行数据分析。分析结果表明,无论是直接影响还是通过工作满意度影响,工作与生活的平衡对员工绩效都没有显著影响。相反,员工敬业度直接或通过工作满意度间接地对员工绩效产生了积极而重大的影响。此外,事实证明,工作与生活的平衡和员工敬业度对工作满意度有积极而重要的影响,而工作满意度对员工绩效有积极而重要的影响。因此,尽管工作与生活的平衡并不影响绩效,但员工敬业度和工作满意度对于提高A类分公司和B类PT ASABRI(Persero)的员工绩效至关重要。关键词:工作与生活的平衡;员工敬业度;员工绩效;工作满意度。
