摘要

一名长期患有类风湿性关节炎（RA）的患者在RA复发后主诉出现脊髓症状。对比核磁共振成像显示上胸段脊髓存在神经脊髓炎，血清和脑脊液（CSF）中抗喹波酶-4（anti-AQP4）抗体呈阳性。在排除中枢神经系统（CNS）感染和肿瘤的情况下，确诊为神经脊髓炎视网膜谱系障碍（NMOSD），在开始使用大剂量糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂治疗后，脊髓症状得到缓解。
