No ASA occlusion was found in all 21 patients, including 5 with VA unilateral occlusion. No patients had symptomatic vertebrobasilar ischemia.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>VA occlusion occurs in approximately one-fourth of cervical facet dislocations, with infrequent symptomatic vertebrobasilar ischemia.
