AERONAUTICS: PECULIARITIES OF PLANNING AND OF MANAGEMENT

Показаны актуальность анализа особенностей планирования и управления лётной работы и степень разработанности темы статьи в научной литературе. Обнаружены особенности планирования и управления лётной работы и представлены их содержательные характеристики. Сделаны выводы о важном теоретико-практическом смысле особенностей планирования и управления лётной работы и недостаточном их отражении в трудах учёных. Оригинальные умозаключения касаются также содержательных характеристик особенностей планирования, управления лётной работы и обеспечения безопасности полетов. The relevance of the analysis of the features of planning and control of flight work and the degree of development of the topic of the article in the scientific literature are shown. Features of planning and control of flight work are found and their meaningful characteristics are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the important theoretical and practical meaning of the features of planning and control of flight work and their insufficient reflection in the works of scientists. The original conclusions also concern the content characteristics of the features of planning, flight management and flight safety.
