Elaboration and effective implementation of strategies in HR management require observance of several fundamental principles. The article studies principles of HR strategic management in innovation business structures, which build the basis of successful strategic management in innovation development, where efficiency of HR management becomes a key factor for attaining goals and maintaining competitiveness. The author pointed out to the importance of adaptation and flexibility in HR management so that the innovation business structure could respond quickly to changes in market environment and technological trends. At the same time the author also highlighted such aspects as orientation to employees’ development, leadership strengthening, motivation of creative thinking and team-building that can introduce innovation.
