The objectives of this experimental study were to examine the effect of a positive cognitive behavioral training (PCBT) program in enhancing career adaptability and relevant psychological constructs among Thai employees in private organizations. One hundred and eighty employees participated in this pre-post treatment–control study. Data obtained were analyzed using mixed-design MANOVA. Findings suggested the benefits of PCBT in enhancing career adaptability and relevant psychological constructs in Thai employees from private organizations.
