The analysis results based on structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) indicate that environmental dynamism significantly impacts a firm's ability to sustain growth and that transformational leadership and strategic flexibility can enhance this impact. Specifically, transformational leadership can promote innovation and change, improving a firm's ability to sustain growth. At the same time, strategic flexibility can help a firm respond to environmental changes and improve its adaptability and competitiveness.
