Here, we report the case of a 49-year-old woman patient with IBC unsuitable for surgery and treated with a combination of lattice RT and fractionated external beam RT concurrent with trastuzumab, with a curative aim. One year after RT, the patient showed a complete response and tolerable toxicities.
