The consequence of these changes is secondary glaucoma and corneal decompensation. The etiology is unclear, and the syndrome more commonly affects middle-aged women.</p><p><strong>Case reports: </strong>In this article we present two different case studies of young patients diagnosed with ICE syndrome with complications. The first case report is about a young woman in whom surgical treatment of glaucoma and corneal edema was successful.
