Using purposive sampling, data were collected and analyzed with SPSS to explore the impact of work-life balance policies, workplace assistance, workload, and job satisfaction on women's work–life decisions. The findings provide significant insights into how demographic, socioeconomic, and psychological factors shape female employees' workplace experiences.
