摘要

摘要目的探讨超声引导下射频消融联合穿刺抽吸术在胎儿骶尾部囊实性畸胎瘤宫内治疗中的价值。病例介绍一名 27 岁孕妇在妊娠 25 周时被诊断为胎儿骶尾部囊实性畸胎瘤。随着肿瘤的生长，我们的临床团队创造性地在妊娠 28 周进行了超声引导下射频消融联合穿刺抽吸术，随后又在妊娠 32 周仅进行了穿刺抽吸术，以缩小肿瘤体积并控制其生长速度。胎儿安全生长至足月，出生 7 天后接受手术切除肿瘤，预后良好。结论超声引导下射频消融联合穿刺抽吸术是治疗胎儿骶尾部囊实性畸胎瘤的一种安全有效的方法。
