The study sample consisted of 24 female students from the Department of Physical Education at Al al-Bayt University who are enrolled in the gymnastics course  from the summer semester of the academic year 2021-2022. The study sample was divided into two equal groups: experimental and control each containing 12 students. The control group was traditionally taught gymnastics skills, while the experimental group was taught gymnastics skills using a mental training program. The results showed that the mental training accompanying the educational program is effective in teaching gymnastics skills. 摘要
