Anas, Linawati, Andy Kurniawan","doi":"10.52403/ijrr.20240656","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"This study empirically examines the relationship between the quality of management information systems and the quality of local government financial information systems on end users' satisfaction in East Java Province. The research design is quantitative descriptive, and statistical data processing was assisted by SPSS. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents in five districts and cities in East Java Province, including Surabaya City, Banyuwangi Regency, Gresik Regency, Madiun City, and Lamongan Regency. The research analysis unit consists of Regional Government Organizations (OPD) in five regional governments in East Java that have the best implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System in 2022. The research hypothesis was tested using t-tests and F-tests. 摘要
本研究对东爪哇省管理信息系统质量和地方政府财务信息系统质量与最终用户满意度之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究设计为定量描述性,统计数据处理由 SPSS 辅助。数据收集工作包括向东爪哇省五个县市的 40 名受访者发放调查问卷,其中包括泗水市、班尤万吉县、格里西克县、马迪云市和拉蒙安县。研究分析单位由 2022 年电子政务系统实施情况最好的东爪哇省五个地区政府的地区政府组织(OPD)组成。研究假设采用 t 检验和 F 检验进行检验。研究结果表明,管理信息系统质量和地方政府财务信息系统质量对东爪哇省地区最终用户的满意度都有显著影响,既有部分影响,也有同时影响:管理信息系统质量;财务信息系统质量;最终用户满意度;地方政府
