Furthermore, the most recent advances in Fc-based materials in photothermal applications are described, including photothermal degradation, photothermal antibacterial, photothermal therapies, photothermal catalysis, solar-driven water production, and photothermal CO<sub>2</sub> separation. Finally, a summary and insights on the photothermal application of Fc-based materials are provided.
