Total number of votes present. 97 before Agenda item 5; 98 after Agenda item 5. The total number of votes was 109, both before and after Agenda item 5. Therefore, the number of votes present was at least half of of the valid voting power and thus the General Assembly was validly constituted according to Article 15 of the Division's statutes.

These statutes were approved by the General Assembly of DHST held virtually on 31 July 2021 and the General Assembly of DLMPST in Buenos Aires on 27 July 2023.
