摘要

本研究的重点是试图解释:1)从教师的教学经验来看远程学习的实施情况;2)远程学习的有效性。本研究采用现象学的定性方法,研究对象是小学 4-6 年级的教师。数据收集是通过对资源人员的访谈和记录进行的。根据研究结果,得出的结论是:1)教师实施学习的效果不佳,这是由于与学习目标相关的规划,以及对所实施的模式、方法、技术、媒体和评价工具的理解和应用仍然感觉是传统的,没有任何与远程学习相关的创新。远 2)据说学习的有效性在其实施过程中没有得到有效体现,原因有以下几个方面:a) 学生没有准备好进行学习;b) 教材的提供不够理想;c) 学生的经济因素影响了所使用的学习媒体;d) 学生和家长对教师的授课缺乏反应。
