INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL FACTORS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF GYNECOLOGICAL PATHOLOGY IN FLIGHT ATTENDANCE IN CIVIL AVIATION
The literature review reflects the main possible gynecological pathologies in flight attendants, as well as the causes of their occurrence. These diseases are a serious problem for all women, but professionals working in the aviation industry are at a higher risk of developing them. The article focuses on the study of various factors that can contribute not only to the development of gynecological diseases, but also to breast cancer, as well as venous thrombosis in flight attendants. Risk factors include long-term exposure to ionizing radiation, static stress, jet lag, and chronic stress. The review includes an analysis of existing studies related to the impact of occupational exposure on the health of flight attendants, and also suggests possible measures for the prevention and treatment of emerging pathology, which can serve as a basis for the development of effective programs to preserve the health of women working in civil aviation.
