It was established that Brinell hardness demonstrates a slight increase with the rise of globules’ size and a slight decrease with the rise in dendrite parameter. 摘要
研究了树枝状和球状(莲座状)形态及其参数对 Al-7.5% Si 铸件硬度的影响。结果表明,布氏硬度随着球状体尺寸的增加而略有上升,随着树枝状体参数的增加而略有下降。在第一种情况下,这显然是由于在获得铸件的过程中进行了等温保温;在第二种情况下,由于粗化导致枝晶表面积减少,共晶淬火率也随之降低。
