It also examines the moderating role of green transformational leadership (GTL). The study investigated five-star hotels and category-A travel agencies in Egypt in greater Cairo, chosen due to their commitment to green initiatives. The research sample consisted of employees from 22 hotels and 55 travel agencies. 600 surveys were distributed; however, only 425 were valid, representing a 70.8% response rate. 60% of the sample worked at five-star hotels, while 40% worked for travel agencies. The study found that green dynamic capabilities (GDC) positively impact green creativity (GC). Green transformational leadership (GTL) positively impacts GDC and GC. Furthermore, GTL positively moderates the relationship between GDC and GC.
