In order to identify these general managerial principles, we will examine the causes and effects on the market of what we will refer to as the urban planning crisis in Bucharest. The paper intends to go beyond theoretical analysis, with our focus being on assessing the market's current reactions and on identifying concrete remedies for the challenges faced by the stakeholders in this local market.
