These appeared driven by the spatially separated, binaural, and monaural conditions. The OM group showed large inter-individual differences, which were unrelated to the otologic history factors.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Early-childhood OM can affect speech recognition in different acoustic conditions.
