Sebanyak 73 karyawan hotel menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi, yang diukur berdasarkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman karyawan, terbukti menjadi faktor penentu utama dalam kinerja. Semakin kompeten karyawan, semakin baik pula kinerja mereka. Pelatihan, di sisi lain, membantu meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kompetensi dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan masing-masing faktor secara individual. Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Training Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Hotel BATIQA Palembang
ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di BATIQA Hotel Palembang.
