Data testing was carried out using the PLS-SEM method.\nFindings: The research results show that individual character variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style is proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, job redesign, and organizational commitment, but does not have a significant effect on individual character. Job redesign was found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, individual character, and job stress. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment, but does not have a significant effect on job stress.
