This concept has usually been put in relation to educational and labor market contexts in order to highlight the presence or absence of an inclusive attitude and equitable treatment of both genders. The present paper aims to investigate the connection between management and the concept of gender equality by means of bibliometric analysis, highlighting the evolution over time of theoretical approaches, the differentiating elements between the production of publications on this topic and the influence manifested by them, as well as the way in which the conceptual and social structure regarding this subject was developed over time.
