The entrepreneurial initiative was assessed by considering the total number of enterprises active in the economy, respective the rate of creation for new enterprises. 摘要

本文旨在通过教育系统的成果之一,即能够展现和发挥自身潜能并具备终身学习关键能力之一--创业精神(根据欧盟委员会建议,2018 年)的熟练、自主的个人,来强调教育质量的作用。因此,在对罗马尼亚教育系统进行评估时,将公共教育支出(占国内生产总值的百分比)作为投入指标,将 15-24 岁青年识字率和高等教育入学率(占所有符合条件儿童的百分比)作为产出指标。通过考虑活跃在经济中的企业总数和各自的新企业创建率,对创业积极性进行了评估。我们将在作为投入指标的公共教育支出(占国内生产总值的百分比)与 15-24 岁青年识字率和高等教育入学率(占所有合格儿童的百分比)之间建立一个多重计量经济学模型。
