Acute liver failure.

Abstract: Acute liver failure, commonly caused by acetaminophen overdose, is associated with numerous systemic complications including cerebral edema, hypotension, acute kidney injury, and infection. Management is primarily supportive, with an emphasis on excellent neurocritical care.
