Single-cell RNA sequencing is an effective tool in analyzing composition, function, and interaction of cells in disease microenvironment at transcriptome level, showing great advantage in analyzing potential biomarkers, pathogenesis, and heterogeneity of chronic airway inflammation in an unbiased manner.
