Responsabilité d’usage des interventions non médicamenteuses

La responsabilité du professionnel est engagée à différentes étapes du parcours de soin lors de la prescription d’une intervention non médicamenteuse (INM). Celle-ci est engagée sur le plan juridique de par une législation contrainte, sur le plan éthique de par une difficulté d’accès aux soins et une inadéquation entre les connaissances et les possibilités à les mettre en œuvre, sur le plan organisationnel territorial qui n’est pas a priori la compétence du professionnel de santé. When prescribing a non-pharmacological intervention (NPI), the responsibility of the professional is engaged at different stages of the care pathway. They are held legally responsible because of the constraints imposed by legislation, ethically responsible because of the difficulty of access to care and the mismatch between knowledge and the ability to implement it, and territorially responsible because the healthcare professional is not, a priori, responsible for organizing the intervention.
