This study used quantitative methods. Hypothesis test using multiple liner regression analysis processed using SPSS program with data tabulation stages, classical assumption test (multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normal P-P plot), model feasibility test (simultaneous significance test F test, significance test of individual parameters t test, determination coefficient test), and interpretation of linear regression models. The results of the study are as follows: (1) student involvement in Teaching Factory Learning has a significant effect on Work Readiness. (2) Student learning motivation has a significant effect on job readiness. (3) Industrial work practices have a significant effect on students' job readiness. (4) Teaching Factory learning, learning motivation and industrial work practices have a significant effect on student job readiness. The factors forming teaching factory learning are curriculum, content standards, process standards, facilities, infrastructure, human resources, personnel management, operational management, and partnerships. Factors forming learning motivation, instrumental, social, achievement and intrinsic motivation. 摘要

本研究旨在:(1)分析工厂教学过程对 SMK Muhammadiyah Majenang 学生就业准备的影响;(2)分析学习动机对 SMK Muhammadiyah Majenang 学生就业准备的影响。本研究采用定量方法。使用 SPSS 程序处理的多重线性回归分析进行假设检验,包括数据制表阶段、经典假设检验(多重共线性、异方差、正态 P-P 图)、模型可行性检验(同时显著性检验 F 检验、单个参数的显著性检验 t 检验、决定系数检验)以及线性回归模型的解释。研究结果如下(1)学生参与教学工厂学习对工作准备有显著影响。(2) 学生学习动机对工作准备度有显著影响。(3) 工业工作实践对学生的工作准备度有显著影响。(4) 工厂化教学、学习动机和工业工作实践对学生的工作准备度有显著影响。形成工厂教学的因素包括课程、内容标准、过程标准、设施、基础设施、人力资源、人事管理、运营管理和伙伴关系。形成学习动机的因素有工具性动机、社会性动机、成就动机和内在动机。而形成工业工作实践的因素有:培训管理技能、解决问题、应用概念领域、纪律、有序的工业文化、责任、职业安全和健康。
